University, Gandhinagar and Dang Ahwa Farmer Producer Company Limited
(DAFPCL), Jamlapada, Waghai on October 7, 2025 in the Office of the Principal, College of
Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Kamdhenu University, Navsari Campus, Navsari
under the visionary leadership of Dr. P. H. Tank, Vice-Chancellor, Kamdhenu University.
The MoU signing ceremony was graced by the presence of Dr. M. M. Trivedi,
Director of Extension Education (KU); Dr. V. S. Dabas, Principal, College of Veterinary
Science and A.H. (KU), Navsari Campus; Dr. Vallabh Thummar, CEO, DAFPCL; Shri
Sunilbhai M Gavit, Director, DAFPCL. Other notable attendees included Dr. R. G. Shah,
Director of Research (KU); Dr. P. G. Koringa, Registrar (KU); Dr. B. N. Patel, Director of
Student Welfare (KU), Mr. Girishbhai Chaudhary, CFO, DAFPC and Dr. Rana Ranjeet
Singh, In-Charge, PVK-Waghai (KU).
This holistic collaboration between both the institutions/organizations aims to
strengthen extension activities, enhance the outreach of scientific knowledge and
technologies to the farmers, promote sustainable livestock production and socio-economic
growth of the livestock owners of Dang district. Moreover, this MoU will act as a bridge
which will connect our knowledge, our passion, and our shared purpose for the betterment of
animal-agriculture and rural prosperity.
